It's a bird, it's
a plane...NO!!!
It's a flying boat.
It's the most amazing thing you probably
have seen in a
long time! It looks like something out of a
James Bond movie.
The Flying Inflatable has a rigid hull inflatable
and a 36' Ultralight
Wing. It is powered by a water cooled, 582cc, two
stroke Rotax engine.
Simple and reliable, these engines are proven power
plants for ultralights.
This crazy craft can fly to heights of 10,000 feet,
and features two
passenger seating. And, if you're the adventurous type
you can even turn
the engine off, and glide like a bird to a nice soft
landing on the
water.
The Flying Inflatable
Boat is built on an 11 1/2 foot long hull
that measures 5
feet, 5 inches across the beam. Ultimately trailerable,
the FIB can land
in three foot seas and can handle up to 25 knots
in wind speed.
It can take off in a distance of 200 feet.
So far, more than
1100 FIB's are cruising the seas and flying the
skies of the world.
!!!!!!Pretty Amazing!!!!!!
